I went back to the doc today b/c my vision got really blurry and he said to take another day off of work b/c I was straining my eye and it was slowing down the healing process. I feel like riding the short bus......lol. : )
On the upside, I think I have found a lovely apartment, way better than student housing! Yay!

That is good news about your Pop getting to go to Germany with you!
I have never been, but it is #1 on our list to go to. I would also like to visit England & Ireland. They might be better for me not speaking any German at all. Oh wait, I think my Grandpa taught me a dirty German song when I was real young. Strange.. I still remember it.
My wife is at work tonight, and I am sitting the kids, bath time calls...

HI Kate!! Auntie Shirley here. I thought I had commented your blog once and you would come to mine but maybe that was the night I had problems with the internet. Well, I am here now and you can come to mine sometime. So how are you doing Honey? We are doing good here in DM. I miss my Jereme but I did get to spend the week with him back in August. I think it was the same time your dad was back home. My Jereme goes to Iraq in February. Fallujah (sp?). I had heard you had the eye surgery, Jereme had it done also. he said the 2nd night was the most painful. he tried not to use the numbing med in his eye so it was heal faster. When I was in Cali I seen him putting eye drops in a lot. must be dry? Well, I hope yours heal soon. I dont like my people suffering. well, I am off to play one of my games and then read. Hi Kate, glad to hear you may have an apt you like. Hope the eye heals quickly and stays clear. Megan was putting her photos online tonight, takes a long time to transfer the number of photos she has. I saw her video of the baby tiger, so cute.
